Floods<\/h2>\n

Floods are undoubtedly one of the most impressive showcases of nature around us! Anyone who witnessed a desert flood knows that it is an amazing, almost miraculous sight \u2013 a large wave of water suddenly appears out of the dry desert, carrying with it stones, bushes and sediments. The flood sometimes begin with a light flow that gains momentum and sometimes in immediately breaks out as a flash flood of immense force. During floods, residents and guests at Ein Gedi often find themselves trapped by floods on both sides of the road, rendering them impassable. On days like those, police officers are posted by the floods to tell drivers whether the road is passable or not.<\/p>\n<\/div>
